US Treasury Secretary TImothy Geithner refuses to answer questions from (D) Rep. Brad Sherman about the derivatives time bomb. An alarmed Sherman appeared before the house in October 2009 stating members of the house we told Marshall Law would be imposed if the TARP bail out bill was not passed. Is the financial crisis over? Brad Sherman does not think so.
